For anyone who would like to explore the traditional practice of Christian Meditation.

The sessions involve a twenty minute largely silent meditation followed by a short Christian reach. Be still and know that I am God.

Now meeting monthly:  3rd Thursday of each month 5.30-6pm  (during school terms)   The group resumes for 2019 on 21 February 2019
