CATHEDRAL & ANGLICARE Christmas Giving Tree is up!

Keeping CHRIST in CHRISTMAS

Our 7m Christmas tree was erected by parishioners on Saturday 23rd November, in record time of three hours. It is a huge task assembling, erecting, fluffing and decorating this monster of a tree. It has flashing lights, topped with star.

This beautiful tree now stands in the Lady Chapel.

From now until Monday 23rd December the public are invited to bring in UNWRAPPED gifts for children and adults. Place them beneath the tree.

Anglicare collect these gifts, sort and distribute to local families and individuals on Christmas Eve.

This has been an annual ministry of the Cathedral for thirteen years.

A wonderful outreach to our community in support of those doing it tough at this time of year.

Do drop in to the Cathedral and view our beautiful tree......and leave your gifts for children.
